Holger: Welcome, I am not here to sell you anything.

I am not concerned -- here and now -- with opinions, likes, hopes or believes; I am interested in practical, sustainable, effortless happiness that is independent of circumstances.

Please feel encouraged to send me an email, to share, exchange, to discover, try out, feel, experience... not in a theoretical, intellectual bubble, but here and now.

We are all so easily intimidated even by our own thoughts and feelings. Where to start?

With Love,
Holger (April 6th, 2020)

I took this photo in Sand City,
between Home Depot and Costco.

What is the underlying mechanism that seems to pull me out from the delicious peace I experience in simple meditation?

What do I really want?

What a harmless question, and how easy it is to get lost in the thinking mind.

Where should I start here, with this new website?

What do I want to share, what is happening in me that I find worth sharing?

Not that I claim to know anything special, but something is changing in me; something is opening up, life is becoming lighter and easier.

Nothing to boast about; nothing any busy mind would be interested in.

The change seems to be in the increasing ability to be with what IS -- good, bad, indifferent --, without running away into the thinking mind [the traditions of men].
